this was said to be 10k gold but is not actually gold! I had it tested at a jewelry store, not a pawn shop, and it is, in fact, fake! tried getting my money back, but it was not possible! be careful!!

candycanep @audrinafla ....no hun and I even messaged the seller, and she said she had it tested at a pawn shop, and they told her it was real! I took it to a jeweler, and he said no, it is, in fact, not real! The seller then said posh had already paid her, and she was not going to return my money even if I sent the necklace back! As you can imagine I was very upset!

brookesmith48 @candycanep If I were you I would contact posh again and show them where she has ten or so chains and earrings all listed as Zales with the same story that her ex gave them to her and they all came from a pawnshop and every single one has the stamp broken off. She’s already sold four or five with the same story and is lying about all of them. I reported her and reported each one of the listings. She literally has the same story on each one and you’re not the first one.

candycanep @brookesmith48.. I will try again! Thanks for reporting the seller. Posh told me that I had a 72-hour time frame, but they take at least 24 hours to respond, so my time frame was gone by Monday! I did let them know it was listed as 10k, and I took it to my jeweler's, and they said it was NOT real!

candycanep I also sent the pictures I posted here. I tried to hash this out with the seller, I asked them if I would send them their necklace would they refund my money...they said no posh had already paid them and the pawn shop told them it was real! I told them I took it to my jeweler's and not a pawn shop, and they still would not refund my money.

candycanep I had a similar incident with another seller, and when I messaged them privately, it was handled completely differently! I will buy from this seller again! I messaged this fake necklace seller, and they said they would not refund my money for their product, so I decided to make a beware post because I saw she has several listing listed the same.

palmaceiamerch @candycanep Sadly this is very common with bracelets & necklaces. My uncle’s are jewelers so I know all the things to check for. Even I had to send 2 supposed solid gold bracelets that were not real gold. Only the clasp were gold with stamps. You should have been refunded but if it went past the 3 days to rare and accept they won’t. Buy a gold acid test kit online. I test every piece I buy online when it arrives. Cost about $18 bucks and last a long time 💞

I knew immediately when I picked up the bracelets they weren’t solid gold. I’ve been feeling the weight of real gold for a while. It was the testing on video and pics that got my return and refund approved immediately

candycanep @palmaceiamerch ...yes! When I received it, I thought it was way too heavy for $200! I ended up taking it to a jeweler in town, and they told me no right away! Then I took it to my jewler at zales, and he also said no! I tried to get my money back but they wouldn't give it to me! Live and learn, girl!

clincoln2013 Beware of a new scam …. People buying genuine items and claiming are fake !!! New Poshmark policies stated that if they think your item is fake just because they claim to be fake !!! You must pay authenticity check again even if have an authenticity check already : otherwise Poshmark keeps the items (dispose) or buyer keeps the item … I am in a battle w them right now .

clincoln2013 @ctalbert060403 the buyer is violentviolet and she was calling me names etc etc and she kept my so called fake bag ! but Poshmark sided w her … and never quick her out even after I show them the pictures of how she was treating me calling me names ! After 7 emails … I gave up . Now I am filing an official complaint against Poshmark for allowing buyer to keep my bag based in presumptions! Formal complaints are filed against the company who Allison stealing etc and don’t protect you.
