Retro black pencil dress with collar and buttons. Size medium. It was professionally hemmed to 24" from the waist to bottom. It was worn once and then dry cleaned. Also comes with a belt. One of the two belt loops came undone, everything else is still perfect. 40.5" long, 23" waist.
