Betsy and Adam tulle maxi dress, fits like sz 8( says size 12)

This is a gently pre-owned, Betsy and Adam, elegant tulle maxi dress. Underneath( see photo), is a lined, crinoline edged lining. The lining under the black tulle is a dusty rose color. It says Sz 12, but it fits more like an 8.
