Vintage Betsy and Adam by Jaslene Polka Dot Formal Dress in a champagne color with black polka dots. Fit and flare style. It’s a size 12 but based on the measurements provided below I believe it would fit a modern size 8 best. Has side zip closure, unadjustable shoulder straps, removable self tie sash belt, and tulle layer. The little flower is removable, you can wear it with or without. Perfect for any occasion. No flaws of any kind, it’s in excellent preowned condition. Aproximate measurements taken laying flat. Pit to pit: 17 3/4” Waist: 16” Length from shoulder to hem: 41.5”
