The bag is called, " Whips and Studs" Tote. Maybe you could put that in the description for people who May be looking for this exact purse. raingodess @baglady386 It's tough to give comps on a bag since it depends on if someone is looking for this specific style. It is one of the more difficult styles to find so I believe it's worth more than many other styles that are easier to come by. With that said, I am always amazed at how some BJ bags sell for way more than they should have & then others that should bring a really good price sell for so little or don't sell at all!

raingodess @baglady386 I do have one in good condition & I would want at least $75 for it but I guess it comes down to how much is someone willing to pay & how badly do they want the specific bag in question. I just saw one of the black Bows & Arrows bags sell for $350 in okay condition, yet I have listed mine in better condition & for $250 & they didn't sell so it's just crazy sometimes. This Whips & Studs bag is an awesome style in my opinion!

baglady386 @raingodess I am totally obsessed and extremely knowledgeable with my obvious designers like Coach, Kate Spade, and Michael Kors, and I have owned many Betsy Johnson bags, but never realized that they could be as valuable as this one

raingodess @baglady386 This style is valuable yes but the most valuable Betsey Johnson styles would be her Sample Bags used in her fashion shows because they are one of a kind prototypes made just for the show plus most of those styles never did get mass produced for sale to the public. I have only come across 3 in the last 5 years & I bought 3 of the 3! They will have a tag inside that says, " Sample ".

raingodess @baglady386 The most desired, and, arguably, Holy Grail, so to speak, Genuine Leather, of her old school, high end, high quality, and no longer made styles is definitely the Bows & Arrows style. There's a studded version that comes with one handle or double handles ( double handles style is worth way more) & a non Studded version as well. There's also a Satchel style Bows & Arrows bag that is even more rare, HTF as I have only come across 4 of those in 5 years.

raingodess @baglady386 Sorry for the long replies but I am just a mega collector of her old school leather bags & just love all things Betsey Johnson. I'm going to be selling most of my collection starting today & I am starting with the rare, HTF bags because I need a my second Knee replacement now that I am healed from my first full knee replacement surgery so if you like Betsey Johnson bags or know someone looking for a specific style, I likely have it in my collection of a couple of hundred bags!
