Betsey Johnson vintage early Y2K 2000’s Tie Dye made in USA very stretchy Spandex style, tie dye classic collectible tail feather , ruffle, bustle dress with Skull detailing . Adjustable straps. Used vintage condition, normal rubbing on textile from use and wash, loose threads, fading, rubbing and wear. May have snags or pinholes but none that I could see Size S but stretchy fits a Medium as well. Offers welcome
