Looking for a MOB dress in navy and love the underneath pink ruffle. What is the fabric? Is it the scuba material? Is there stretch to it?

@cartsyd12 It’s really stretchy. I’ve lost 20 lbs since I wore for daughter’s wedding and it still fits. It says 95% polyester and 5% spandex.
