Betsy & Adam Navy Blue formal dress NWT size 20w (would also fit 18w)

This is a stunning navy blue formal dress with velvet and lace bodice by Betsy & Adam. It has a tan lining underneath the lace that end above the bust, so it would need a strapless bra. There is ruching in the back and to the side for a very figure flattering fit. There have not been any alterations done to the dress. It is new with tags in size 20W, but in my opinion, would also fit an 18W. Approximately 64” total length and approximately 22” from armpit to armpit.
