Betsy & Adam Elegant Black and Floral Dress

This gorgeous dress is in very good used condition with normal to minimal signs of wear. I can find no rips, tears or holes. The back hem has a bit of dirt but very minimal, I couldn't even get good pictures of it. It is a high in front, longer in back dress with double tule under the skirt for more poof. It has a silicone strip around the top so it won't fall down. And it has Pockets! This comes from a smoke free and pet friendly home. Please see pictures for measurements.
