Absolutely gorgeous Betsey Johnson velour snakeskin peplum jacket with puffed sleeves and O-rings zipper pulls. It measures 18.5" pit to pit, 20" from front shoulder to hem, 24" from back shoulder to hem, and 16" at the waist. The sleeves are 26" long. No flaws other than the paint is peeling off of the sleeve zipper pulls.
