Betsey Johnson Teal Tea Length Dress NWT Size 4- Vintage inspired

A stunner of a dress with it's 1950s vintage stylizing complete with cloth covered buttons down the bodice and elegant cap and slightly puffy sleeves. Comes with a detachable and reversible belt (teal and black). Dress is lined and has a side zip plus the black underskirt is exposed for even more amazing detail. I bought this dress new about 10 years ago from Nordstrom but never got myself to a small enough size to feel comfortable wearing it. I have never seen anyone else wear this dress. It might be unique because I can't find it online. Dress is 41 inches long Shoulders are about 17 inches (hard to be sure the dress has a light shoulder pad to keep the sleeves puffed) Waist is 14-14.5 across (28-29in circumference). This dress would be perfect to wear to a baby shower, your anniversary dinner, a less formal wedding, a semi- formal work event, or just to look gorgeous when going out to dinner.
