Betsey Johnson Polka Dot Velvet Mesh Ruffle Mini

Ruffles, collar, buttons, gothic black lace detailing! I’d bought this sometime around middle school era about 10-15 years ago and it’s just been sitting in my closet! Super rare, couldn’t even locate a style name or other photos. Worn once if at all.. excellent condition just needs a belt.
