Betsey Johnson Multi Color Seersucker Halter Dress

Such a fun take on the classic seersucker! This midi-length dress has a halter tie and ribbons at the bust that can be adjusted to your preferred neckline. Side zipper and ruched back. Never been worn but there is a small mark on the right side of the dress near the seam, about the size of a fingerprint and not very noticable. Purchased at the Betsey Johnson store in approx 2007. Size 6 and in typical Betsey size standards is true to size everywhere except the bust, which runs a bit small.
