Betsey Johnson Boutique Floral Halter Back Dress

I fell in love with this Betsey Johnson dress and simply never wore it. The background color is a muted yellow/tan and has pink flowers on the print. It's got the cutest halter back as shown in the pictures. The tag says size 6, but I'm listing it as a 6P since the rib cage is small, as it would fit a rib cage 32 best. It's very feminine, sweet and flowy.
