Size 6 Betsey Johnson Evening line. It’s a strapless dress and has tulle ruffles alternating blue and white. There’s is a white satin sash around the waist (27 inches) with a blue flower detail. The flower is removable. There are no flaws or stains on the dress. Excellent condition with exception of a few wrinkles. It had very thin removable straps at one time - the straps have been lost.
