Lining is held in place by two magnetic black tabs on the sides of the bag. One pocket on the outside portion of the lining. Open pocket, no zipper or other closure. Measurements: approx. 4.5 in. base, 15 in. width, and 9.5 in. height. Handles are a canvas material with Betsey Johnson logo throughout. Clear material is a PVC plastic.
