Women's Betmar Navy Blue 100% Straw Curled Brim Church New York Derby Hat. Condition is Pre-owned but a real nice little number! A rich blue color and such an elegant use of Straw. And that ribbon, it really sets it off. The tag on the inside is a little dog eared, frayed. Still, its legible and there is a letter "M",  I believe this designates the size which would be Medium? I measured the Head Band circumference at 20 inches. *Note, there are "two" Straight Pins (sizing tuck shown in pictures)
