The figurine is holding Stars on a ribbon. The tulle dress has little pearls on it. A really lovely vintage decoration. Approximately 15” tall This item is vintage and has signs of use/wear. Some areas of ‘snow’ are missing and the stars are missing some sparkles. Unsure if all parts/pieces are included. Some areas may need repair.
