This is a BestQool Red Light Therapy Panel. Specifically it is the BQ60. You can get all of the information from the BestQool site but I pasted the specs below. I bought it this past winter but the mat model works better for me and I am not using this since I got the BestQool mat instead. I still have the box it came in (shown in pictures).
