Best quality low rise jeans!

I bought these wisstfullynthinking I could wear a low rise They are marked a 29 but they are really a 27 I wear a 29 or 30 Hudson and Paige but these were tiny on my and I broke one of the belt loops (see pic-it’s still attached) needs 4 stitches only They were never worn as they were way too small but all tags were taken off since I was so sure since marked 29 they would fit!! These are not thin denim - they are perfect - not see through or clingy poly material . They are 98% cotton
