Bershka Black skirt with netting overlay, size Medium. Soft cotton spandex under layer with netting overlay. Fabric content tag at side seam was cut off prior to washing so not sure of exact fabric blend but the under layer is very soft and somewhat stretchy. Flat Elastic waist front and back. Length: 23” Waist measured flat: 11”
