Bernardo Wiley Rain Boot Shoes 38

Bernardo Wiley Rain Boots Rubber Some scratches and the left shoe has dents melted into the side sole from the other shoe. See photos. The bottom of the shoes show size 10, the inside tag shows 38. I wear a 10, they fit me but I do have long toes and I would get myself a 10.5 if I were to buy a pair for myself. Great shoes for winter. May have been a display model, not sure.
