sparkledreams_ @helenstarr7 No, I mean under the arm, across the chest, to the other armpit, that's how you know if it will fit in the bust. Large can mean anything - does not tell the bust size.

sparkledreams_ @helenstarr7 You put a tape measure from under the arm to the other arm, and say it's 19 inches, then it's a 38 bust, does that make sense?

helenstarr7 With it cuffed as seen in picture it is 13”. If you uncuff it it is 17”. The cuffs are not stitched just folded
