The St. Benedict Medal is a Christian sacramental medal containing iconography related to St. Benedict of Nursia. It is worn by Catholics, Anglicans, and in some Lutheran, Methodist, and Orthodox communities in the West. The smallest length is 6 inches and can increase up to 9 inches It is one of the oldest medals in Christianity of Jesus, and those who wear it believe it has power against evil.
