Belted peplum jacket

Dark green peplum jacket with button closing and belt. Partially lined. Fabric has a slightly crepe texture. Waist is 32” - the belt doesn’t have holes and so can be cinched to any size. There are Velcro dots on the belt to hold the end in place. Purchased brand new and worn once. No stains or flaws of any kind.
