Bellydance Ghawazee Coat Vest Renaissance Faire SCA Handmade Costume XS

This is a handmade, one-of-a-kind sleeveless Ghawazee coat. Features an underbust cutout and hook-and-eye closures down the front. Wear this for belly dancing, Renaissance Faires, or SCA. Natural waist measures 13" across. This fabric has NO stretch. This fit me at size 0. In great used condition. Its handmade nature is apparent when inspecting the inside, but from the outside, it's very beautiful and professional-looking. The raw edges are serged on the inside. The hook-and-eye closures are black metal, sewn into the inside of the coat. I always got compliments on it, and I'm so sad it hasn't fit me for quite a while. I'm not sure of the fabric content, but my guess is that it's a synthetic that's made to look like silk dupioni. It has a beautiful texture. I've machine washed it in cold water and hung to dry, with no problems. My house is smoke-free and pet-free. Questions? Leave a comment below!
