Belleek snowman bell with umbrella and shamrock

This adorable porcelain bell is in the form of a snowman wearing a rainhat ,scarf and carrying an umbrella. He is 4 1/2'' tall and 2'' across the bottom. He has a green cord to hang from with a brass bead. He has hand painted accents and is marked Belleek Ireland est. 1857 on the inside with a letter K
