Belle by Oasis Strapless Dress

Yellow roses with aqua leaves, fall over this pretty dress. Top has support stays . Pleated around top, fitted bodice. Full skirt. Fully lined with netting attached to create this great shape. Small repair on hem in back, not noticable. Dress says 12, but it is more like a 4- 6 my mannequin is 6, that's how I will list. Chest 34, waist 30, full skirt, 35 from shoulder to hem. Pretty yellow tie included. This whispers summer.
