Belle Miss Designer Signed Paris Enamel Necklace

This is a really super nice necklace. It is a unique piece. Well made. Multicolored mostly shades of blue. I think these are rare pieces in the United States. I could not find many of them. This the only one I found like this one. Gun Metal.
