Belle Kim Gravel Blue Floral Top with Velvet Trim - Size 3X Plus Size, Boho, Whi

This beautiful top by Kim Gravel has so many pretty touches. The top is so feminine and trimmed with a rich velvet and brocade fabric on the front along the neckline and bodice and also at the end of the long flowy sleeves. The only flaw I have found is a very slight fraying at the very point of the V neck where the velvet trim looks like it may be fraying just a little. The fraying is not visible from the outside of the garment. Also, fabric content and care tag has been cut out. Feels like a polyester blend fabric. See pictures for the PTP measurement.
