Belle Badgley Micshka red Harper dress with ruffles. Stunning!

I really love this dress and wish I was a size 4 just so I could wear it. But it can be yours. Would be a fabulous New Year’s Eve dress. Made from Polyester, which surprised me means it is pretty easy to clean. Recommend a steamer tk remove any wrinkles. The straps in the back of the neck can be worn in a bow if you like.
