Has a cinched drawstring closure. The inside has an elastic band around one side to fit items such as lip liners, eye liners, mascara, lipsticks, or regular pens and pencils if you choose to use this bag for school. The other side has mesh stretchy pockets for bigger items, it is 2-layered on that side. Fun cat, leaf etc design around the outside.
