bargainpriced @fashnpaschn hello, I measured the size 10 in this dress. I used a measuring tape and measured at the horizontal seam line from the center down and it measures approximately 44” this measurement could vary an inch or two depending on where it would sit on your waist depending on your torso. bargainpriced @fashnpaschn You could have the hemline easily hemmed. Straight across, you would still have the cascading layer in the front, the dress would just be overall shorter. Dress is brand new, never altered so it is an option. Just a thought. The price is a steal. Let me know if I can help further.
