sumthin2lux @cptwatson Going to do another big show this coming up week but learned some ways to better prepare. But also, How are YOU?! Taking time to care for family with medical needs is so important. Can be challenging of course, so hoping you're finding ways to make sure you are okay too! 🫶🙂🌷

So it has to feel amazing to do that much of a clean out, but do you feel like you made money?? I am challenged with getting enough traffic in my room.

cptwatson @sumthin2lux thanks for the support about the medical stuff…I spend about a week a month with my Dad since my Mom passed-so grateful to have the bonus time with him, but it has been very stressful thinking that he won’t be around forever. I am being good to myself every chance I get! Ordering the tickets tomorrow for my horse vaca in June with my youngest son, for example. Also going to military ball (alone) next Saturday with roaring 20’s theme. Hope you are good too!! 🙏🥰

Then another device so items could be Quick Listed (aka added) during the show. That part was actually technically easier than expected. But I certainly reminded myself about 💯 times to be patient with myself & keep going 🙃😂

sumthin2lux @cptwatson As for the "making money" most items sold for less than they usually would have but that's too be expected since I didn't promote very much before hand. Also, the daily morning shows (video & music only) I host have about twice more people in them since doing a Live.

Taking care of a parent is a certain kind of mix: joy, cherished time, and yes that part about we all don't live forever 😕 Glad you can spend that time together with your dad. The horse vacation & ball sound fun!🤩 I imagine a nice change of pace/activity might be refreshing. Hope so 😊 I'm good 😌 Thanks for asking! Have fun dancing 💃🏻 or eating 🍽 or... whatever else happens at a military ball 😅 I never been but heard they are fun 🙂

sumthin2lux @cptwatson oh, just remembered, also something that seems to increase traffic into a closet without too much effort is re-listing items. I feel like it works best to do in the mornings. Share Shows seem to help with exposure but I'm still learning how much it boosts sales. Going to do one this week. Everything will be $4 starts & you are More Than Welcome to run some items if you want to 😃

cptwatson @sumthin2lux I bought a fabulous dress for the military ball, but size 8 Italian! I am going to be working out and dieting all week since tonight I could get it on but it is wayyyy too tight, lol! Not like I can just pick out another roaring 20’s outfit, and military balls are so damn extra! (I am a veteran…Please lmk when you are going live this week!!)

It's not usually my type of thing but love to share information & build community 😊 We learn from each other! 😄 Will totally let you know when a show happens! Still figuring out when to do it. Considering maybe Friday or Saturday evening 🤔

I bet the dress is beautiful 🙂 Trailered/fitted dresses are awesome so sure your working out will simply add to the comfort level of wearing it. Hope it fits just how you want so you get to enjoy the ball! You probably already know this but sometimes some basic shape wear can make an outfit more comfortable to wear. But you're a veteran so pretty sure this is not your 1st military ball 😅 Bet the outfit is fabulous! 🙂

cptwatson @sumthin2lux I heard that the first weekend of the month is the best time for sales cause people just got paid…I may do a silent show later this week- maybe Wednesday or Thursday. The ball is Saturday. I tried the dress on without shape wear, but will definitely be using a maximum amount of it 😁😂! I am just excited to get dressed up and feel like I look good. Thanks for your encouragement!!!

cptwatson @sumthin2lux I bought 2 dresses for the ball and the back-up (larger) one seems to be lost since 2/21 in Texas:( I wanted to wear the smaller one anyway, but now I am dieting and exercising cause it was really tight when I tried it on😂!
