Beige Cashmere Coat w/ Brown Mink Collar MCM Vintage c1960s - Fits S-M

Beige 100% Luxurious Cashmere MCM Coat w/ Beautiful Brown Mink Collar - freshly dry cleaned , however, being sold AS IS because it has some issues, Still presents beautifully..... is 65 yrs old & looks pretty good for its age! Has pockets, 3 large bakelite buttons, perfect brown mink collar & gorgeous clean silky satin lining. NO issues with those. I am really picky, but I would wear this! Here are the issues, See dime used to illustrate the size of a small area of staining on the back of the coat in photo #13 and several pin sized holes photo #14 photo 15 show same flaws without the dime in place. These problems are on the back of the coat and when it is worn get lost in the folds and shadows so are not noticed by anyone unless they are inspecting your backside. See photo #4 showing back of coat. They are to the side of the back seam where wearer might have sat on something that stained her coat. But you cannot see them at a distance - you have to be inspecting the coat to find them. Dry cleaner could not get them out. In addition there is a small hole that is in the top layer of the fabric but does not go all the way through above the bottom button shown clearly in photo # 12 - again this does not jump out at viewers when one is wearing the coat. There are also a few pin sized holes under the fur collar but these are not at all visible when coat is worn. Fortunately the issues don't call attention to themselves. Priced accordingly. If perfect it would be $300.
