The PUFFIN bootie is handmade with the softest vegetable-tanned leather we could find and also fully leather lined. This construction is “deconstructed” so there are no stiff areas (no stiff heel or toe) so it fits you almost like a leather sock. The all-leather sole, with a molded arch for extra comfort, will quickly custom form to your feet and loosen up within hours. Our leather is vegetable-tanned, the most sustainable method available, from tanneries gold-certified by the LWG (Leather Working Group). Our footwear is meant to be in your closet for a lifetime. Wear them forever, they only get better. Runs short. We recommend sizing up a half size.
