The ties should go all the way around the Inside. Since this item has never been removed from the original packaging I will not be responsible for any flaws that are on this cover. If I cannot see it, I do not know it’s there. Queen size dimensions from the site: 92” x 88” I always make sure to package my orders up with extra protection and caution. If more than one piece is with order I always wrap each piece individually for extra protection.
