kooklamu @shilo13 Hi . The heel is a bit over 2.5” and they are true to size but I think they are a little tiny bit small . I’m a 10 and they fit . However they have not been worn enough though to have the toe box or heel softened so I know they have some room to stretchout a bit . With this brand I usually just step on the toe box a bit to soften it up and then I have the room I need . I bought these on Poshmark but never wore them like I do my other BedStu
