hi, do these fit true to size or slightly smaller? also, could you please send me the measurements in inches of the height of the shaft and circumference of the widest part at the calf? thank you so much

@killerelvis54 The height is 16 inches at the center. The width is 16 inches with the zippers fully closed or it expands with extra fabric to 19 inches with both zippers open.
