@carpenter81788 I have a iPhone 16pro max and it fits in the zip pocket! As far as the flap I use to stick planner/diapers in there.

@carpenter81788 zip 8inches long and 5 wide flap is 9 long and 7 wide. It’s honestly a very spacious bag.
