Bechamel cotton summer dress S-M

This all cotton high-waisted dress is delightful with four daisies across the front. Nice long length. Pockets. Color coordinated polkadot trim around the scoop neckline and armholes. Decorative ribbon running under the daisies. Daisies are appliqué and embroidered. Bechamel was a Dillards brand. It is marked petite, but could very well fit a non-petite woman.
