Hi! It is a blazer that can be worn on its own or wear a dress shirt underneath it. It is not a thick outerwear jacket. It is a vintage piece, so what is written on the tags is erased, but from experience in fabric, it seems to have cotton as one of the fabrics used. I hope that helps. Thank you 😊
