Bebe classy top Red and White Polka Dot Top

Bebe classy top Red and White Polka Dot Top. This top is really cute. It has a zipper on the side. I am not sure what size it is but I believe it is a Large the bottom of the tag was cut. It has a small snag on the front of the top from a pin that was used to close the front. Not really noticeable from the front of the blouse. See pictures. I am severely discounting it as the tag for the size was cut. Measurements are as follows laying flat: Armpit to armpit 19.5 inches, waist 15.5 inches, top to bottom 25 inches long.
