This is a vintage 1990's Bebe black cinched waist long wool blend blazer, women's size 4. Shoulder pads. Secures with small buttons. Made in the USA. Fabric: 50% Viscose, 45% wool, 5% Nylon. Very good condition with two pinholes on the top of right shoulder. Measurements; Length: 29" Chest (pit to pit): 18" across Waist: 15 1/4" across Hem: 20" across Shoulders (seam to seam): 17 1/2" across Sleeves (from top of shoulder seam to cuff): 22"
