Bebe Teal size large blouse. Sleeves have slits down from shoulder down to wrist. Can make waist tighter or looser because there's a stretchy back with two pieces of the blouse on the side you can tie over it into a bow. So cute and on trend this fall/winter season! If it fit me I would be definitely keeping this for myself!! Open to offers!! Worn once but no longer fits me.
