Beautiful dress from Bebe; size 12. I feel this runs small - please check measurements. Teal colored sleeveless cocktail dress has a v-neck with flutter/ruffle trim. Open back ties at neck. Zipper and hook/eye closure at back of skirt. Fully lined. Fantastic preloved condition. One very tiny pull in the sheer overlay on the back of the dress - it is really not even visible but I want to disclose everything! See last photo.
