Bebe Silk Pattern Sleeveless Top XS

Pretty tie back top with deep v and empire waist - 95% silk 5% Spandex - deep red trim and ribbon with chocolate brown accents of tulips over creamy tan background. I can't find any defects or damage but a very tiny straight scratch look in the right front under band trim
