Bebe Patchwork Clutch/small purse?

Used once. Not really sure if it’s a clutch type, small purse...I’d hate to get rid of this because it was a gift from my parents for my first 4.0 in college, but I need the space in my closet. You can see some issues defects in it and marks from sitting on wire shelving not being used.
