Bebe On/Off Shoulder Dress w/ Twisted Ruched Design

I am Reposhing this item I purchased from @spongykiss. It is comfortable and can be dressed up or down. It is a jersey type material and the design of the waist can hide a little belly with ease. Can be work with heels or flats depending on the look you are going for. Please let me know if you have any questions.
