Bebe Long Neck Cozy Tunic Turtleneck

This sweater is amazing, I wish it still fit me. The neck is as long as the sweater pulled all the way up so when bunched down, creates a cozy slouchy turtleneck. I sized down a size when I bought this as it is tunic length and a little oversized. Would fit an XS or a S. Length 24”, neck is 24” pulled all the way up.
